Arthur Rozelle JUNCTION CITY --- Arthur Rozelle, 70, Junction City,died Saturday, Jan. 22, 2000, at a Junction City nursing home. Mr. Rozelle served in the Army from 1957 until he retired in 1977. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and he was decorated with the National Defense Service Medal, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, Vietnam Service Medal with one silver service star, Army of Occupation Medal, Vietnam Civil Actions Unit Citation, Good Conduct Medal 2nd Award, Presidential Unit Citation and the Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross with palm. He later was a custodian in civil service at Fort Riley until he retired in May 1991. He was born March 9, 1929, in Moscow, Pa., the son of Horace and Anna Swartz Rozelle. Mr. Rozelle was a member of Masonic Lodge No. 7. He married Martha Curtis on Aug. 20, 1970, in Haines City, Fla. She preceded him in death Nov. 25, 1984.
